We currently ship within South Africa. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Returns
We want you to love everything you receive from Mama Nest. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at info@mamanest.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or product where stock is available. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
